CGP encounters discrimination in a wide range of jurisdictions. Gender, race, language, culture, sexual orientation, and other defining human characteristics are all too frequently used to curtail equal rights and protections within a legal system. CGP strives to mainstream gender and social inclusion considerations into all aspects of its programmatic work to counter invidious discrimination and ensure equal protection of the law.
