Maka Beradze is the International Human Resources Director overseeing human resources operations at American Bar Association Center for Global Programs [Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI) and Center for Human Rights (CHR)]
Maka joined ABA-ROLI in 2019 bringing more than 17 years of human resources experience. Her career spans various industries and different parts of the world. Prior to ABA-ROLI, Maka held series of HR roles at Land O'Lakes, Creative Associates, AECOM, various USAID Missions and State Department overseeing and managing talent acquisition, management and leadership development, employee relations and training, performance management and all aspects of global HR operations from start-ups to close-outs.
Maka is passionate about building ABA-ROLI's talent, its most valuable asset. She strongly believes that talent is what gives companies the most competitive edge. It allows them to think the unthinkable, conquer new heights, achieve growth consistently and thrive in the most competitive markets.
Maka is a native of Georgia (the country) and is a graduate of Duke University.
