    The Business Law Section is a global network of over 30,000 business law professionals, practicing every area of business law. Our members are lawyers, judges, legal and business professionals, and law students. Our members practice in large global firms, small boutique firms, fortune 500 companies, small businesses, federal and state courts, government agencies law schools, and more.

    Our Awards & Initiatives

    The Business Law Section sponsors a collection of awards, initiatives, and fellowships, designed to honor business law professionals, and promote the Section’s mission to further the development and improvement of business law. We recognize outstanding business law professionals with the National Public Service Award and the Jean Allard Glasscutters Award. We also support the work of up-and-coming professionals through the Business Law Fellows program, Diversity Clerkship program, and the Law Student Scholars program.
